POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Build our brand loyalty by striving to ensure positive resident interaction

· Meet sales, marketing, and operations goals to achieve occupancy standards

· Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and managing delinquency

· Exposure to revenue, expense reporting and budget management

· Provide personalized tours which result in new leases

· Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners

· Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws

· Understand the multi-family housing market trends and data

· Ensure the property’s interior and exterior areas have a clean and high-quality appearance

· Coach and mentor team members

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

· 2-3 years of property management experience, preferred

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Ability to work independently on projects

· Project Management

· Collaboration with others

· Strategic thinking

· Able to analyze problems and create solutions

· Strong verbal and written communication
