We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume locations in Battle Creek, MI. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with real room for growth as our brand continues to expand across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant, managing a team of 10–45 team members
• Drive outstanding guest experiences and foster a positive, high-performance culture
• Manage all aspects of operations including financial controls, labor, food cost, and inventory
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew
• Oversee restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations
• Collaborate with your District Manager and leadership team to achieve business goals
• Be hands-on and ready to step in wherever needed to support team success

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR or fast casual ideal)
• Solid grasp of P&L management and key performance metrics
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
