What You’ll Do

  • Identify, activate, and grow key accounts in business transient, crew, and government segments.
  • Work closely with hotel General Managers and teams to create a proactive sales culture.
  • Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy updates and performance reports.
  • Use CRM tools to track progress, manage leads, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Travel occasionally to meet with key clients and strengthen relationships.

What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of hotel sales experience with a focus on business transient, crew, and government accounts.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience managing multiple properties remotely is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of brand sales tools, RFP processes, and CRM systems.
  • A self-starter with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel teams and leadership.
