What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies for a portfolio of select-service hotels across multiple markets.
- Identify, activate, and grow key accounts in business transient, crew, and government segments.
- Work closely with hotel General Managers and teams to create a proactive sales culture.
- Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy updates and performance reports.
- Use CRM tools to track progress, manage leads, and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Travel occasionally to meet with key clients and strengthen relationships.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hotel sales experience with a focus on business transient, crew, and government accounts.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing multiple properties remotely is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brand sales tools, RFP processes, and CRM systems.
- A self-starter with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel teams and leadership.
