An established food service operation in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Chef Manager to oversee two small locations. This role requires a well-rounded chef with strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering excellent hospitality and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily culinary operations at two locations in Alpharetta, GA.
Prepare high-quality entrées three days per week, ensuring creativity and consistency.
Manage a small team of three employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Maintain cost control, organization, and operational efficiency.
Provide an exceptional guest experience while balancing financial goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: up to $70K based on experience.
Bonus Potential: Up to 15% of salary. (long-term growth opportunity)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Breakfast & Lunch shifts.
