Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in both the culinary and administrative aspects of the kitchen.
  • Strong experience in food exposition – a critical component of this role.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards and consistency in food quality.
  • Experience with in-house, from-scratch pasta and pizza making is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a hands-on environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying week schedules and event requirements.
  • A strong desire to contribute creatively to menu development and kitchen operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Manage ordering, scheduling, prep lists, inventory, and stock rotation.
  • Act as the Chef’s second-in-command, stepping in for them as needed.
  • Participate actively in menu planning, collaborating on new dishes and specials.
  • Maintain strict standards for food presentation and consistency.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Embrace and drive a culture of learning, development, and culinary excellence within the team.
  • Support the expansion of the catering program and the opening of a second restaurant location.
