Title of Position – Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Compensation – $55k to $66k plus annual bonus ($10k to $12k in potential bonus)

Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in supporting the General Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This individual must be a proactive leader with a focus on excellent customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment for both staff and guests. The Assistant General Manager should have the ability to effectively communicate with the Management Team, assist in evaluating work procedures, and uphold high standards of quality and service. The right candidate will also be adept at problem-solving, and capable of addressing and resolving issues swiftly to maintain optimal restaurant performance. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will contribute to building brand loyalty within the community by consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is necessary for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager

· The Restaurant General Manger must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Restaurant Assistant General Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
