Restaurant Manager for High Volume Dinner House + Bar
Our high-volume dinner house and bar is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Train staff on proper service techniques and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and quality control
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within the hospitality industry, specifically in high volume restaurants. Other qualifications include:
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
