Job Description: As the District Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of 8-10 restaurants while creating a strong group of industry professionals through recruiting, coaching and mentoring development. The District Manager will maintain excellent food quality and customer service in each and every restaurant in the district. Our District Manager is expected to lead their teams by example following guidelines, procedures and our business values. As the District Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the restaurant including community involvement, operations, and building customer relationships. Developing the management team to enhance skills and grow within the company will also be expected as the District Manager. The District Manager will operate his/her district with minimal daily supervision. This position does require travel.
