About the Role:
 

As an Assistant Manager in Charlotte, NC, you’ll provide leadership, ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards, and play a critical role in both guest experience and staff development.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Oversee and execute daily operations while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Assist the General Manager in leading hiring, training, and development programs.
  • Address guest and team member concerns with consistency and professionalism.
  • Ensure safety for team members and a welcoming dining experience for guests.
  • Control budgets, track financial performance, and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage administrative systems and support front-of-house operations, including food safety, sanitation, and quality control.


What We’re Looking For:
 

The ideal candidate will bring high energy and hospitality expertise to the table!
 

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in upscale casual dining.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food prep, health codes, and safety regulations.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
