What We’re Looking For:
Â
- 1-2 years of management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred, but not required)
- Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and safety
- Familiarity with local and national health codes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:
Â
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your tasks will include, but aren’t limited to:
Â
- Leading each shift with a focus on smooth operations and a supportive environment
- Supporting the General Manager in managing programs like MIT, Certified Trainers, hiring, training, and more
- Handling guest and team member complaints with professionalism and consistency
- Overseeing FOH systems, including quality control, food safety, sanitation, and budget adherence
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and guests
- Monitoring financials to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with goals
- Fostering the ongoing professional development of team members
