What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

• Lead operational excellence by running shifts, providing incredible food, and ensuring outstanding guest service.
• Support a high-performing team by training, supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Help achieve business goals by managing inventory, optimizing food costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Boost the restaurant's success by driving local marketing initiatives and solving customer concerns with professionalism and care.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking someone with a passion for leadership and growth who aligns with our values of dedication, teamwork, and guest excellence.
 

• Experience: 5+ years in the restaurant industry and 2+ years in management (preferably in fast-service).
• Leadership: Energetic and motivational with a proven ability to inspire teams.
• Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and committed to guest satisfaction.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
