We're looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hamburg, NY. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be a visible, hands-on leader by actively participating in service during all hours of operation
• Run efficient and engaging pre-shift meetings and lead a well-prepared team
• Develop team knowledge with ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development
• Strengthen guest relationships and foster a welcoming, neighborhood-friendly atmosphere
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and maximize check averages
• Manage labor goals and operational efficiencies to achieve business targets

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience in full-service restaurant management or QSR General Manager experience
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate hourly teams
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great food with memorable service
• Strong operational knowledge of financial statements and P&L impact
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and a desire to grow professionally
