Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at one of our distinguished lifestyle hotels. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in hotel management, a deep understanding of the Hilton brand, and a proven track record of successful owner relations. This role demands a leader who can sustain the highest level of service excellence while driving operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring consistent compliance with all company policies, and Hilton brand standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and stakeholders, providing regular performance updates and strategic insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Implement and maintain rigorous financial controls to meet or exceed budgeted financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years as a General Manager.
• Strong familiarity with lifestyle hotels and a detailed understanding of the dynamics of such properties.
• Prior experience managing Hilton branded hotels is required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage owner relationships and expectations.
• Excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on staff development and team building.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
