Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 + full benefits

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual General Manager to lead one of its key Florida properties. This is a unique opportunity for a confident, culture-driven leader ready to take full ownership of a hotel operation in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

The team needs a GM who can inspire from the front, drive accountability, and lead a diverse group of employees with clarity and empathy. With a strong Spanish-speaking workforce, the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential to day-to-day success.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in independent leadership roles—someone who knows how to lead without layers of red tape and who can roll up their sleeves when it counts. The right candidate will bring emotional intelligence, strong operational instincts, and a commitment to growing both people and performance.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Full-service or select-service hotel GM experience
• A leadership style that blends hands-on involvement with high-level strategy
• A proven ability to develop teams, improve guest satisfaction, and manage P&L
• A desire to work in an entrepreneurial setting where trust, discretion, and results matter
