Position: Sous Chef
As the Executive Chef’s trusted partner, the Sous Chef is essential to delivering a seamless and exceptional dining experience. From managing inventory, ordering supplies, and assisting with scheduling to overseeing daily kitchen operations, the Sous Chef plays a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and creativity. This position also includes responsibility for monitoring food costs, mentoring team members, and supporting the restaurant’s overall success.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the culinary team on innovative daily specials and seasonal menu updates.
- Lead the kitchen team, ensuring flawless execution of menu items.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and uphold sanitation requirements.
- Run expo and maintain a clean, positive, and organized kitchen environment.
- Mentor team members to drive exceptional performance, enhanced guest experiences, and profitability.
