We are excited to bring our first franchise location to St. Louis, and we are looking for a Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the Central West End.


Position Overview

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall studio performance. This leadership position is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual who thrives in a high-energy environment. You will be responsible for developing and leading a passionate sales team, fostering meaningful relationships with members, and executing sales initiatives that align with our brand’s vision and goals.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and motivation.
  • Set clear performance expectations while providing consistent coaching and feedback to elevate team performance.
  • Lead by example, actively demonstrating exceptional selling techniques and customer-focused behaviors.

Sales Development:

  • Drive new membership sales and renewals by implementing and optimizing strategies that maximize lead conversion.
  • Develop and oversee local promotions, events, and incentives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP members and address any premium service-related concerns efficiently.
  • Partner with other leaders to provide seamless customer onboarding and ensure exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with the franchise owner to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to refine sales processes and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with GLO30 policies and safety protocols to uphold the brand’s reputation and standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for skincare, wellness, and customer service excellence.
