Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team. You’ll ensure exceptional quality, efficiency, and safety while contributing to our exciting expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to refine menus and implement improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Chef, or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
