Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
• Collaborate with management to refine menus and implement improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Chef, or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
