About the Role:

As our Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, guest experience, and team development. You’ll oversee front-of-house leadership, coordinate with the culinary team, and take a hands-on approach to service excellence. This location requires a steady, engaged presence and someone who can lead by example through busy shifts and high expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-end or upscale casual restaurant (not fast casual or chains)
• A calm, confident leader with strong operational oversight and team-building experience
• A natural host who thrives on floor presence, guest engagement, and service execution
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to build a strong, motivated team culture
• Financial acumen with an understanding of labor, cost controls, and profitability
