Multi-Unit Leadership Opportunity | $85K+ Base + Quarterly Bonuses

• 2 Stores in Binghamton
• 2 Stores in Vestal
• 1 Store in Endicott

We’re seeking a hands-on, high-energy District Manager to join our growing team in the Binghamton area. You’ll initially co-lead operations alongside a long-tenured DM (13+ years) and will gradually assume full oversight of all 5 locations, with a clear path to senior leadership. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 5 locations, partnering initially with an experienced DM.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store-level managers and staff, building high-performing teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, product quality, and speed of service (especially at drive-thru).
• Monitor and drive results in labor control, food cost, guest experience, and compliance.
• Step in as needed — whether working a station, coaching team members, or handling vendor issues — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Cultivate a positive culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience (Fast Food, QSR, or Fast Casual preferred)
• Drive-thru experience is a major plus
• Strong leadership presence with excellent mentoring and coaching skills
• Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example in-store
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and results-driven mindset
• Experience with food/labor cost management and Redbook systems a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
• Must be able to work early mornings and weekends
