What You’ll Do:

• Lead all day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant (10–45 employees)
• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction while driving sales and profitability
• Oversee and coach the management team and staff across all shifts
• Ensure compliance with brand and company standards for food safety, service, and operations
• Manage labor, food costs, and inventory through effective scheduling and P&L control
• Build and maintain a strong, motivated team through hiring, training, and development
• Serve as the go-to problem solver and decision-maker on the floor
• Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate team to meet and exceed goals

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual a plus)
• Proven ability to drive results and manage P&L responsibilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
