Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation and service.
- Develop seasonal menus, specials, and ensure adherence to food quality and presentation standards.
- Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to ensure profitability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment while following all food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or in a similar high-level culinary role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for creative cuisine and dedication to quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
