FOH Manager – Full‑Service Restaurant

Location: Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $22 – $24 per hour | Guaranteed 40 hrs/week (45–50 hrs during peak)

The newest dining destination at one of Atlanta’s premier cultural venues is seeking a poised, guest‑centric Front‑of‑House Supervisor. You’ll guide daily floor operations, lead a polished service team, and ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional Atlanta hospitality experience. With another concept opening soon on property, this is an opportunity to grow with a flagship Atlanta institution.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all FOH shifts, coaching a calm, professional team that embodies authentic Atlanta hospitality
Uphold service standards, table touches, and guest‑recovery procedures for local patrons and visitors alike
Manage daily cash outs, labor reporting, and opening/closing checklists
Coordinate with culinary leadership to maintain seamless kitchen‑to‑floor communication

What You Bring

2+ years FOH leadership in an upscale or high‑volume setting
Proven ability to stay composed under pressure and model a guest‑first mindset
Working knowledge of POS, reservations, and scheduling systems
Appearance standards aligned with company policy (no face/neck tattoos; no nose piercings)
